SHAMEFUL BATTING COLLAPSE - PAKISTAN LOSE THE TEST SERIES.

BATTING COLLAPSE LEAD PAKISTAN TO SERIES DEFEAT:

Will Somerville shinned like a star in Abu Dhabi test match, who took seven fruitful wickets which helped his team to outclass Pakistan.
Pakistan team let down again by the underperformed batting. Pakistan loose the third and last test match of the series against New Zealand. Frivolous and irresponsible attitude of Pakistan batsmen caused us a series lose. Black Caps won the toss of third test match and invited Pakistan to bowl first. While batting, in 1st innings New Zealand took a lead of 274 runs against Pakistan, with the help of brilliant partnership between Kiwi's captain and Wicket keeper. In the first innings Bilal Asif took a fifer and Yasir Shah took 3 wickets. In counteraction, Pakistan managed to get 348 runs with the help of Azhar Ali's 134 runs and Asad Shafique's 104 runs. Debutant Will Somerville grabbed 4 wickets in the 1st innings.

New Zealand's batsmen showed their class in the 2nd innings of the third test match. Captain Kane Williamson showcased his talent with his brilliant 139 runs and Henry Nicholls hit 126 runs. Yasir Shah got 4 wickets in the 2nd innings. Black Caps set a match winning total of 280 runs for team Pakistan on the 5th day of last test match. Once again Pakistan's batsmen failed to chase down a big total and off to a disastrous start when Hafeez, who was playing his last test innings, was bowled by Tim Southee on just 8 runs. They panic the situation after a single wicket which caused a ridiculous and embarrassing collapse. Pakistan lost their culrage on 156 runs and turned the accomplished fact true that they are unpredictable in every aspect. As a result New Zealand won the match with huge margin of 123 runs and the series as well. They had also won the first low scoring thriller test match by four narrow runs at the same venue of Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi. Although Pakistan team bounced back and they won the second test match of Dubai by 16 runs and an innings but didn't end it up in a series victory.

New Zealand's Captain Kane Williamson, whose 139 changed the match and turned the series in his team's favor said: "It was fantastic. Beating Pakistan in their home conditions is very tough. It feels special, and this will be one that the guys remember for a long time. We know the game can ebb and flow very quickly but we came out and played very well today.

Pakistan's Captain Sarfaraz Ahmed said: "We had our chances in all three tests but we couldn't grab them. It is very disappointing to lose a series in conditions which are our own. Moreover, he indicated that if the situation of Pakistan Cricket Team remained the same in test format, he could give up his test captaincy.
It is a wake up call for both Pakistan's batsmen and cricket board. They should take some serious step regarding credibility and selection of players. If a player isn't performing well, selection committee should step up with a strict action. And players themselves, should learn to be more focused and responsible.
