2nd test between India and Australia is now in the final stages and Australia is just 5 wickets away from the victory as all the main Indian batsman including captain Virat Kohli is in the pavilion.
Today Australia started the day with 132/4 and dominated the first session, Usman Khwaja scored a brave 72runs knock and captain Tim Paine hit 37 runs making sure Australia avoid a collapse and Team India should be chasing anything above 250runs.
Team India did make a comeback and took 5 wickets in a span of 15 runs, Muhammad Shami took 6 wickets in that innings, but 37runs stand for the last wicket was enough to take the lead above 275 runs finally, the partnership was broken by Jasprit Bumrah and Team India needed 287 runs to win the match.
In reply to that total Kl Rahul got out on duck (0) and Pujara was quick to follow him with only adding 4 runs to the scorecard, Virat Kohli and Murali form a 35 runs partnership but captain Virat Kohli got out on a spinning delivery of Nathan Lyon yet again and Australia was right there in a game with that wicket, after 7 runs Murali Vijay bowled by Nathan Lyon as well
and leaves India 4-55, Ajinkya Rahane played a brave inning of 30 runs but it was writing the wall by his shot makings that wicket is coming and he was got out playing a rash shot for 30 runs, India ended the day with 112-5.
